MIRO ART STUDIO, named in tribute to the renowned late Spanish artist Joan Miro.
MIRO ART STUDIO was established in 2015 by founder Jeslyn Yew, who continues to lead and manage the studio.
MIRO's unique curriculum is designed to support a continuous 10-year learning journey, offering art themes that are never repeated, ensuring sustained engagement and creative development.
Children have fun learning in class and gain knowledge through the theme / title. Our teaching method through lesson briefing, storytelling, video presentations, sharing, games, role play, and other activities to engage students in brainstorming. Teachers focus on children’s learning progress, fostering creativity, social skills, patience, imagination, and other attributes through proper guidance.
Additional drawing and painting skills / techniques needed to these age include colour toning, overlapping objects, shadow & lighting, proportion, motion and etc. Self-confident and problem solving ability can improve through progress with well-guided instruction. Students have chance to explore special art materials such as acrylic on canvas, sketching, chinese ink painting, soft pastel painting and etc…
MIRO art studio is a fantastic, welcoming space where kids can truly express themselves through art. My child always happy and excited to attend class-it's one of the highlights of their week's! It is rare to find a caring and patient academy that allows them to learn painting well. The teachers are very experienced and I can see the children's progress.
My daughter's most anticipated class is Miro's Art class. From the age of three, she started learning, never knowing how to color or paint. Now, I've seen her coloring skills improve and her drawings become more expressive (and her teachers at school have praised her). At the end of each class, she shares what she learned, and I always see her enjoying the class. I'm also grateful to Miro for giving her the opportunity to participate in competitions and recognize her hard work. I'm grateful for the dedication of all the teachers.
I'm so happy that my child has found such a caring and patient teacher. Her drawing skills are gradually improving, and her creative abilities are also beginning to develop. She has also won numerous awards in competitions both internally and externally, and internationally. I'm grateful for the teachers' dedication and support, and I hope she continues to learning and improve at your academy.

So bless to send my kids to Miro Art Studio by Teacher Jeslyn, the principal of Miro Art Botanic as she is such a loving, caring, and put so much of efforts in guiding the kids with their drawing. My kids do not only go to the center to JUST draw but they learn throughout the process by learning more about the object that they are drawing. My kids started to tell me so much more about “peacock” that I never knew. Also, they dont limit my kids imagination by telling them HOW IT SHOULD BE but how their imagination could bring them to. Highly recommended !!!
